G+F Tours and their agents assume no liability whatsoever for any illness, injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to a person or property due to an act of negligence of or default of any hotel, carrier, or person rendering any of the services included in this tour, or by act of god. Furthermore no responsibilities are accepted for any damage due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

The payment of a vacation deposit shall constitute consent to all provisions in the conditions. Cancellation 30 days or more prior to your departure date - 50% refund of the entire vacation cost; cancellation 15-29 days prior to your departure date - 40% refund; cancellation 14 days to one day prior to your departure date - 25% refund; cancellation 1 day prior or after your vacation departure time has past - no refund.

All cancellations must be handled by certified mail, day of receipt will be considered the cancellation date.
